摘要
高校科研平台是教学科研的重要基地。随着学科间交叉研究的深入开展,建设化学生物学创新科研平台对人才培养、团队建设、承担国家重大科研任务等均起着重要作用。通过化学生物学科研平台的建设,完善平台开放的管理制度,提高平台的教学科研辅助功能;通过设立实验室开放基金,建立科学的实验室评估体系和激励机制等措施,提高科研平台管理水平。
Chemical research platform in Chinese colleges and universities is a principle foundation in education and scientific research. For facilitating further interdisciplinary research,the purpose like talent cultivation,team construction and responsibility of national major program on scientific research,has prompted colleges to construct and develop the innovative scientific research platform of chemical biology. In the meanwhile,the improvement on management system of research open platform and its function of auxiliary teaching,and the establishment on open-end fund of scientific laboratory and its mechanism of evaluation and incentive are all countermeasures on advancement of scientific platform＇s management level.
