长白落叶松形成层差异表达的miRNA 被引量:2

摘要 以长白落叶松粗生长初期和盛期的形成层为样品构建miRNA文库,共发现49个差异表达的miRNA,差异miRNA的GO分析表明其主要参与了细胞组分、分子功能和生物学过程中共计23个类别。COG数据库分类注释表明所有靶基因涉及8类过程。转录,复制等途径得到注释到miRNA靶基因表达量相对较高,说明测序样品正处于旺盛的生长发育期,和实际情况样品相符。 The miRNA library was constructed by Larix olgensis cambium of different stem growth period (beginning and peak), and then 49 differentially expressed miRNA were found. GO analysis showed there were total 23 categories including cell components, molecular functions, biology process ect., COG analysis showed all target gene involved in 8 categories, miRNA target genes expressed high quantity relevant with transcription, replication and other approaches, indicating that the sequencing samples are in vigorous growth, which is consistent with the actual situation.
