摘要
对东北地区主栽品种达维(Dawei)、薄壳红(Bokehong)开花后进行连续喷施不同浓度的CaCl_2及乙二醇双(2-氨基乙基醚)四乙酸(EGTA)处理(以清水作为对照),在花后40、50、60 d分别测定果实大小,在果实成熟期进行果簇的果实数量、果实败育率、座果率统计,分析钙离子浓度对其果实生长及结实率的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度CaCl_2溶液,可以促进榛子果实的发育,提高果实的坐果率,降低果实的败育率,且随浓度的升高促进效果显著。喷施不同浓度的EGTA溶液,在一定程度上抑制了果实的发育,降低了果实的坐果率,提高了果实的败育率,且随浓度的增加抑制效果增强。对花后不同阶段榛子果实大小与成果率相关分析表明:不同阶段的果实大小,与坐果率呈正相关关系、与败育率呈负相关关系。
Dawei and Bekehong , main hazelnut varieties in northeastern China, were continuously sprayed with CaCl2 and EGTA in different concentrations after their flowering (compared with that of clear water). The sizes of fruits were measured on 40, 50 and 60 d after their flowering. Figures including fruit number of clusters, abortive rate, and fruit rate at mature stage were collected to analyze the effects of calcium ion concentrations on fruit growth and setting rate. The growth of hazelnut fruits was promoted, fruit rate was increased, and abortive rate was decreased by spraying CaCl2 in different concentrations. Stronger promoting effects were shown with an increase in contents. The growth of hazelnut fruits was inhibited, the fruit rate was decreased, and the abortive rate was increased by spraying EGTA in different contents. The stronger inhibitory effects were shown with an increase in contents. To analyze sizes of hazelnut fruits and setting ratio at different stages after flowering indicates that sizes of hazelnut fruits shows a positive correlation with fruit rate, while showing a negative correlation with abortive rate at different growing stages.
