基于要素分析视角的郑州市城市形态演进模型构建

Model construction of Zhengzhou urban form evolution based on the factor analysis

本着创造永续城市形态的目标,系统分析了影响城市形态演进的因素,剖析各因素的作用机制,从自然因素和城市行政边界、城市规划、交通条件、政治要求、经济、相邻城市的吸引作用等人文因素角度构建了适合所有城市形态演进的模型。考虑到城市间差异性,提出模型参数取舍的地方性、综合性、经常性原则,以郑州为例,构建了城市形态演进模型。基于模型,得出郑州市城市形态将呈现为"L"形(或镰刀形),随着区域发展环境的变化,远期将为"花瓣"形或"T"形。

In order to create a sustainable urban form,the article systematically analyzes both the factors that influence the urban form evolution,and the various factors of internal mechanism. Based on the cultural factors including natural factors,the city administrative boundary,urban planning,traffic conditions,political,economic,and the attracting function of adjacent cities,the urban morphology evolution model is constructed. For different cities,we propose the selection principles,such as local,comprehensive,and regular model parameter. Zhangzhou is constructed as urban morphology evolution model. Based on the model,city form of Zhengzhou will present as ＂L＂or ＂sickle shape＂. With the change of region environment,the urban form for Zhengzhou city will present as ＂flower shape＂or ＂T-shape＂ in the future.
