摘要
以广西天然红辉沸石为原料制备了P型红辉沸石分子筛抗菌剂(以下简称"抗菌剂"),用X射线衍射仪对其进行表征分析。采用微孔板法对抗菌剂的抗菌性能进行检测,以OD值作为评价指标,确定其抑菌效果。通过与试管梯度稀释法比较,微孔梯度稀释法同样适用于此实验,且用量少,检测快速。试验结果表明:抗菌剂对枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度在6~12 mg/m L,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度均在48~60 mg/m L;对枯草芽孢杆菌最小杀菌浓度在12~24 mg/m L,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小杀菌浓度均在72~84 mg/m L。抗菌剂对3种菌株均有一定的抑菌效果,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最好,抑菌率达89%。
Type-P zeolite molecular sieve antibacterial agent is prepared by natural stellerite and characterized by XRD spectrometry. A method called microplate assay determined the antibacterial properties of the antibacterial agent. The evaluation of OD determined its antibacterial effect. The results show that compared with the test tube gradient dilution method,the microplate method is efficient and suitable for the experiment. The minimum inhibitory concentration of antibacterial agent to Bacillus subtilis was 6-12 mg/m L. The minimum inhibitory concentration of E. coli and S. aureus was between 48-60 mg/m L,and the minimum bactericidal concentration of Bacillus subtilis was 12-24 mg/m L,and the minimum bactericidal concentration of E. coli and S. aureus was72-84 mg/m L. The antibacterial agent has certain bacteriostatic effect on 3 kinds of strains. The best inhibition effect is S. aureus,and the inhibition rate reaches 89%.
