摘要
为了提高机床主轴箱的静、动态性能及其稳健性,采用区间模型描述不确定性,考虑设计参数的不确定性,建立主轴箱的优化模型;采用拉丁超立方试验设计方法,对主轴箱进行静、动态特性有限元仿真试验;采用Kriging模型拟合主轴箱的静、动态特性;采用基于区间分析的非概率稳健优化设计方法,对主轴箱进行稳健优化设计,并通过有限元分析对主轴箱稳健优化设计结果进行验证。
In order to improve the static dynamic performance and robustness of the machine tool spindle box, the interval model is used to describe the uncertainty of the spindle box. As for the uncertainty of design parameters, the optimization model of the main spindle box is established. With the Latin hypercube test design method, the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle box are simulated by finite element method,and can be adjusted by the Kriging model. The non-probabilistic robust optimization design method based on interval analysis is used to optimize the design of the spindle box, and the results are verified by finite element analysis.
