A preliminary study on modular design of urban rail transit vehicles

轨道交通车辆模块化设计是一个系统工程,轨道交通车辆可分为车体模块、内装模块、转向架模块、车钩缓冲装置、空调模块等,文章对部分模块的模块化设计实例做了详细阐述,认为轨道交通车辆模块化是一个任重道远的工作,是一个系统工程,单靠车辆企业来完成这项工作是不可能的,需要相关部门来统一归口管理。

The modular design of rail transit vehicle is a systemic engineering. The rail transit vehicle can be divided into the body module, built-in module, bogie module, coupler bu er device, air conditioning module, etc. A detailed description about the modular design of some modules was made in this paper. It is deemed that the modularity of rail transit vehicle is a long-term signi cant and systemic engineering. It is not possible for a vehicle company to nish the work by itself. The uni ed management is required by the related departments.
