脓毒症和脓毒性休克新发心房颤动的发生机制和抗心律失常治疗 被引量:7

摘要 脓毒症和脓毒性休克常导致多器官功能障碍,危及生命。心房颤动是脓毒症和脓毒性休克患者最常出现的临床表现之一,其发生可能与炎性反应、自主神经功能障碍、基础疾病、内毒素、心功能障碍、电解质等因素有关,但内在发生机制尚不清楚,且目前治疗药物多样,缺乏特异性,因此,针对脓毒症和脓毒性休克患者新发心房颤动的发生机制和抗心律失常治疗提出新挑战。 Sepsis and septic shock often lead to life-threatening multiple organ dysfunction.Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common clinical manifestations in patients with sepsis and septic shock,whose occurrence may be related to factors such as inflammation,autonomic dysfunction,underlying diseases,endotoxin,cardiac dysfunction,and electrolytes,but the internal mechanism is not yet clear,and although there are many medications available for this disease,the particular effective ones are rarely reported in studies.Therefore,new challenges are posed by the pathogenesis of new-onset atrial fibrillation and antiarrhythmic therapy in patients with sepsis and septic shock.
