摘要
随着对列车运行速度和运载能力要求的提高,对转向架焊接构架的材质和性能提出了更为苛刻的要求。基于MAG焊工艺基础上的转向架构架焊接技术研究已经相当广阔且深入。目前,转向架焊丝虽然能满足焊接使用要求,但是在焊接过程中飞溅较大,容易出现气孔、夹渣咬边等缺陷,小电流过渡稳定性还有待提高。优良的使用操作性能、长寿命、高可靠、具备广域环境条件下服役能力的新型耐寒高韧性焊材亟待开发。新材料、新工艺将是未来的研究热点和重点。轻量化、环境友好、高可靠、长寿命以及激光焊接技术将引领未来转向架焊接制造技术更快更好地发展。
With the increasing requirements of train running speed and carrying capacity,more stringent requirements have been put on the material and perfornlance of the bogie welding framework. On the basis of MAG welding process, the welding technology research of bogie fi'ame is already quite extensive and thorough. At present, although the bogie wire can meet the requirements for welding use, but there are large spatter,welding pores,welding slag and undercut etc. other defects in the process of welding, and the transient stability of small current need to be improved. The~ is an urgent need for new welding materials of cold-resistant and high toughness,which have excellent use of operational performance,long life, high reliability, and a wide range of environmental service consumables. In the future,new materials and new technology will be the hot spots and focuses for a long time. Light weight, environment friendliness,high reliability,long life and laser welding technology will lead to faster and better development of bogie welding manufacturing technology in the future.
