摘要
随着铁路运营向高密度和重载方向飞速发展,钢轨磨耗问题日益突出,严重影响铁路运营安全,增加运营成本。依托石太线对小半径曲线外轨侧面磨耗影响因素进行研究,分析小半径曲线五大主点外轨侧磨规律,采用广义控制变量法等统计方法分析钢轨使用年限、曲线顺坡率对外轨侧磨的影响。研究结果表明:圆曲线段侧磨更为严重,缓和曲线段侧磨发展速率更快;外轨侧磨在新轨使用4~5个月后基本呈线性增长,并随顺坡率的增大先减小后增大,变化趋势呈抛物线型。
With the rapid development of railway towards heavy haul and high density, rail wear is becoming more and more serious, which extremely affects the cost and safety of railway operation. Based on the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan line, this paper mainly studied the influencing factors of the side wear and measures to slow down it on curved railway. Firstly, this paper analyzed the laws of the five main points of the side wear on the small radius curves, indicating that the side wear is more serious on circle curve while the development speed of the side wear is much faster on transition curve. Secondly, by generalized control variable method and statistical analysis means, that how the service life and the slope ratio affected the side wear was analyzed respectively. It was found that the side wear of new rail generally grows linearly after 4~5 months. It also decreases first and then increases with the growth of slope ratio. Finally, the conclusion of the comprehensive article is summarized.
