摘要 目的:基于Arduino平台开发一套便携式氧气漏气检测装置,以方便医院设备科人员巡查科室时发现设备带上的氧气漏气。方法:以Arduino平台为基础,设计电源模块将干电池9 V电源转换为装置工作的5 V电源,选用高精度的氧气传感器及模数转换模块实现对氧气体积分数数据的采集,设计按键实现对整个装置功能的选择与控制,选用1.3 in(1 in=25.4 mm)液晶屏及发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)灯显示检测结果,Arduino主机接收按键发来的控制命令,采集氧气体积分数结果进行分析,并将检测情况显示在液晶屏和LED灯上。结果:该装置可通过区分正常状态和漏气状态下氧气体积分数的变化,实现对设备带氧气漏气的检测,提高对微小漏气的检测效果。结论:该装置可与原有的听声音辨别是否漏气的方法互为补充,提高设备科人员下科室巡查的效率。 Objective To design a portable device to detect oxygen leakage based on Arduino platform in order to facilitate the equipment technician to find oxygen leakage when inspecting the equipment panel. Methods Based on Arduino platform,a power supply module was designed to realize 9 V to 5 V power supply conversion; oxygen fraction data acquisition was executed with high-precision oxygen sensor and A/D module; buttons were used to realize functions selecting and control; the detection results were displayed on 1.3 in(1 in=25.4 mm) LCD screen and LED; Arduino host received the instructions by the buttons to analyze the data on oxygen fraction and to display the detection results on the LCD and LED. Results The detector found oxygen leakage by analyzing the changes of oxygen fraction in normal and abnormal conditions. Conclusion The detector can be combined with the acoustic method for oxygen leakage detection so as to enhance the efficiency of the equipment technician.
