摘要 目的:针对野战条件下硬件设施不齐全及场地限制的问题,研制一种便携式耳镜及鼻咽喉镜检查装置。方法:整套装置由便携式光源、检耳镜、鼻咽喉镜、自动聚焦镜头、数据线、OTG转接线及显示器组成。便携式光源由移动电源和光源部分组成,用于为检耳镜或鼻咽喉镜提供光源。自动聚焦镜头完成图像采集后,由数据线传输到计算机内,或者通过OTG转接线传输到智能手机或平板计算机,完成整个图像的采集和显示。结果:该装置能够在野战条件下帮助医生很好地完成耳鼻咽喉等相关检诊工作,是对现行野战医疗装置很好的补充。结论:该装置设计合理、操作简便,且制作成本低廉,具有很好的推广应用价值。 Objective To develop a set of portable auriscope and nasopharyngolaryngoscope device under field conditions to overcome the disadvantages in hardware and site. Methods The device consisted of a portable optical source, an auriscope, a nasopharyngolaryngoscope, an autofocus zoom lens, a cable, an OTG transfer line and a monitor. The optical source was composed of two parts of portable power and light source. Images were acquired by the lens, and then transmitted to the computer by the cable or to the intelligent cell phone or tablet PC by OTG transfer line so as to realize image acquisition and display. Results The device could be used for E.N.T examination and diagnosis in field conditions, and was a supplement for the existing field E.N.T equipment. Conclusion The device is effective and low-cost, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
