目的 :探索区域健康医疗大数据平台、数据库及示范应用系统建设内容与技术路线。方法 :从《促进和规范健康医疗大数据应用发展的指导意见》入手,设计平台顶层架构、总体技术架构、应用系统与数据库逻辑架构及总体技术路线,解决健康医疗大数据采集、传输、存储、处理、检索及计算等问题。结果:设计的区域健康医疗大数据平台能够实现资源共享规范化及管理集约化、公卫决策可量化、健康服务民生化、领导服务全局化、部门服务专业化、企业服务一站化、公众服务便捷化。结论:健康医疗大数据已成为国家重要的基础性战略资源,打造区域健康医疗大数据平台,科学合理地利用健康医疗大数据,不但能够改进健康医疗服务模式,更好地解决老百姓的迫切需求,更能推动经济社会发展。

Objective To explore the contents and technical route of regional healthcare big data platform, database and demonstration application system. Methods The platform had its top architecture, overall technical architecture, logic architecture of application system and database, overall technical route and etc designed based on Guidance to promote and standardize healthcare big data application and development, so that medical big data acquisition, transmission, storage,procession, retrieval, computing and etc could be executed efficiently. Results The platform contributed to standardizing resources sharing, management centralization and public decision quantification, and enhanced the services to the public,director, professional department and enterprise. Conclusion The platform is of great value for applying medical big data,improving healthcare service mode and promoting economic and social development.
