摘要
目的 :设计一套基于眼底图像的眼底疾病数据库管理系统,为早期发现致盲性眼病、预防和干预并进行长期随访观察提供重要的临床参考依据。方法:以上海市浦东新区浦南医院眼科为核心,联合社区医院,利用免散瞳眼底照相技术采集眼底图像,设计基于模型-视图-控制器(Model-View-Controller,MVC)三层体系架构、JavaEE企业版平台、Oracle数据库软件的数据库管理系统。结果:实现了对社区眼底疾病的查询、汇总、统计、分析,数据的集中管理,将社区医疗信息与医院无缝对接。结论:该系统为社区老年人群眼底疾病的治疗、预防、后期随访提供了良好的支持,提高了社区医院的信息化水平,改善了老年人眼底疾病救治水平。
Objective To design a database system for fundus diseases to facilitate the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and long-term followup of blinding eye diseases. Methods The database system was developed with cooperated Shanghai Punan Hospital in Pudong New District and community hospitals, fundus images acquired by non mydriatic fundus photography,Model-View-Controller three-layer architecture, Java EE enterprise edition platform and Oracle database software. Results The inquiry, summarizing, statistics, data centralized management of fundus diseases were realized in community hospitals so that seamless information communication could be implemented between community and comprehensive hospitals.Conclusion The system contributes to the therapy, prevention and followup of the elderly population fundus diseases, and enhances the informatization of community hospitals.
