摘要
目的:通过对循环助搏单元的应用质量检测,提高设备使用的安全性、可靠性。方法:随机选择在用的20台循环助搏单元,对设备外观及运行状态进行检查,对电气安全以及属于核心功能的压力精度、定时精度、报警功能等项目进行检测,对其中参数不合格设备进行维修后再次检测,记录全过程检测数据。结果:10%的设备机壳漏电流参数不合格,40%的设备压力精度不合格,20%的设备定时精度不合格。相关设备维修后再次检测各参数都符合要求。结论:循环助搏单元的质量控制对确保临床医疗安全、保证患者疗效、减少由其引发的医疗事故具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application test of the circulatory assist unit to enhance its safety and reliability.Methods Totally 20 circulatory assist units in use were selected randomly, which had the appearance, running state,electrical safety, pressure precision, timing pressure and etc tested and the test data recorded. The units with unqualified parameters were re-tested after maintenance. Results The units had the fault rate being 10% for shell leakage, 40% for pressure precision and 20% for timing precision, and all the unqualified ones met the requirements after maintenance.Conclusion The quality control of the circulatory assist unit contributes to increasing medical safety and efficacy while decreasing adverse events incidence.
