改进后的消毒灭菌挂车作业流程在野战医疗队基地化训练中的应用研究

Improved operation process of disinfection and sterilization trailer in field training of field medical team

目的:探讨改进后的消毒灭菌挂车作业流程在野战医疗队基地化训练中器械敷料处置与供应等医疗保障任务中的作用。方法:规范消毒灭菌挂车的作业前期展开、处置流程和工作布局等,建立物资耗材目录,并对作业流程改进前后器械敷料处置情况进行对比。结果:作业流程改进后,手术器械包在包装完好性、湿包情况、有效追溯等方面均优于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术器械在清洗、保养等方面均优于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术敷料在清洗、保管、追溯等方面均优于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒灭菌挂车作业流程的改进,提高了野战医疗队器械敷料的处理能力和无菌物品供应水平,降低了应急救援、伤员救治等工作中出现伤口感染的风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of the process improvement of the disinfection and sterilization trailer on the medical tasks related to equipment, instruments and dressing and etc during the field training of the filed medical team.Methods The processes of the disinfection and sterilization trailer were standardized for deployment before operations,disposal and allocation, the inventory was established for materials and consumables, and the equipment, instruments and dressing had the disposal compared before and after processes improvement. Results Processes improvement had the surgical instrument kit enhanced significantly in packaging intact, wet package and effective traceability（P〈0.05）, surgical instruments improved obviously in cleaning and maintenance（P〈0.05）, and surgical dressing optimized significantly in cleaning, keeping and traceability（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The processes improvement of the disinfection and sterilization trailer contributes to enhancing sterile items supply and the disposal of the equipment, instruments and dressing of the field medical team, and thus decreases infection risks during emergency rescue and casualty treatment.
