口语技能大赛背景下高职英语口语教学模式改革

The Reform of Oral English Teaching Mode Under the Background of Speaking Skills Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济的不断发展和改革开放程度的不断加深,英语被广泛应用到各行各业。高职学生英语口语普遍薄弱,口语技能大赛的开展能够提升高职英语口语教学效果。高职英语教师应以大赛为契机,通过对比赛反映出来的高职英语口语教学问题进行分析,对现行高职英语口语教学进行改革,从而提高高职学生的口语表达能力。

With the continuous development of economy and the deepening of reform and opening in China,English is widely used in all walks of life.The oral English of higher vocational college students is generally weak,and the development of oral English skill competition can promote the effect of oral English teaching in higher vocational colleges.Taking the competition as an opportunity,English teachers in higher vocational colleges should analyze the problems of oral English teaching which are reflected through the competition,and then reform the oral English teaching so as to improve oral expression ability of the students.
