中职学校思想政治教育中工匠精神的培育

The Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in Ideological and Political Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

工匠精神是一种高尚的职业精神,是职业道德的最高体现形式之一。中职学校应努力创新培养模式,注重培养学生的工匠精神。在对现阶段中职学校学生思想政治教育现状进行分析的基础上,总结中职学校实施工匠精神教育的重要现实意义。从工匠精神培育的环节出发,提出中职学校创新思想政治教育、培养学生工匠精神、促进学生职业道德养成的具体措施。

Craftsman spirit is a noble professional spirit and one of the highest forms of professional ethics.Secondary vocational schools should strive to innovate cultivation mode and pay attention to cultivating the craftsman spirit of students.Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education of students in secondary vocational schools at the present stage,the important practical significance of the implementing craftsman spirit education in secondary vocational schools is summarized.Starting from the process of cultivating craftsman spirit,this paper puts forward the concrete measures for the innovation of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,the cultivation of students＇ craftsman spirit and the development of the students＇ professional ethics.
