摘要
回顾国内外文献并结合国际化居民评估工具应用的临床实践,对娱乐评估及治疗的概念、分类、在老年人中的应用特点和注意事项等进行综述,以期对维持及改善老年人群功能和生活质量提供可借鉴的方法。
This review focuses on aspects of concepts,classification,implementation procedures and effect on recreational therapy and assessment in senior adults. We tried to integrate Chinese and English references and practice experiences of interRAI together. Recreational therapy would be suggested for old people to improve their function and quality of life.
