新闻评论话语的论辩修辞研究

An Argumentative Rhetorical Analysis of News Commentary Discourse in Conflict Context

论辩修辞近年来颇受语言学界和传播学界关注。社会建构观视角下的论辩修辞,更多表现为一种基于语言的、社会的、思维的交际互动。文章以新闻评论话语为研究对象,从修辞的有效性探讨出发,结合Van Eemeren提出的"语用论辩理论",对新闻评论话语中的论辩结构和策略进行分析。研究表明,交际者为了消除双方的意见分歧,通过策略性挑选论题、迎合听众和优化表达方式这三种手段来完善自身的论辩图式和结构,从而达到说服广大受众的修辞有效性。

Argumentative rhetoric has received much attention from linguistic and communication circles in recent years. Argumentation rhetoric from the perspective of social constructivism is a communicative interaction based on language,society and thinking. This paper analyzes the argumentation structure and strategy in the news commentary discourse,starting with the discussion of the validity of the rhetoric and combining with van Eemeren＇s ＂ pragmatic argumentation theory＂. The research shows that in order to eliminate the differences of opinion between the two parties,the communicators can improve their own argumentative schema and structure by strategically selecting topics,catering to the audience and optimizing expressions,so as to achieve the rhetoric effectiveness of persuading the audience.
