摘要 为方便电缆母线接头的温度监测,提出了利用ZigBee无线技术和以太网通信的母线接头温度在线监测系统。设计了基于ZigBee协议的温度监测系统的总体结构,包括上位机、路由器、中继器和节点。节点设备根据指令将采集的温度数据发送给中继器,中继器转发给上位机,上位机软件通过Kalman滤波、最小二乘法温度预测(平均误差在0.38℃左右)等处理,实现温度数据的实时显示、保存以及报警等功能。应用结果表明,该母线接头温度在线监测系统运行稳定、便于管理和维护,可为母线的安全使用提供更可靠的保障。 In order to monitoring the temperature of cable busbar joint, this paper presents a temperature on-line monitoring system of busbar joint based on ZigBee wireless technology and ethernet communication. The overall structure of temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee protocol is designed, including a host computer, a router, repeaters and nodes. Temperature data collected by node devices are sent to the repeater according to the instruction, then the repeater sends it to the host computer. The software will process the data with Kalman filtering and least square method for temperature prediction(average error is 0.38 ℃), then the temperature data can be displayed, saved and alarmed. Application results show that the system is stable, and it is convenient to manage and maintain,which can provide a more reliable protection for the use of busbars.
