摘要
组织支持对员工工作绩效的影响已经得到学者们的重视和研究,然而组织支持对教练员工作绩效的影响机理尚待进一步研究。以问卷调查的形式研究了组织支持与我国266位高校高水平运动队教练员工作绩效的关系,并通过结构方程建模对理论假设进行了验证。结果表明:在直接影响模型B中,从组织支持和组织认同到教练员绩效路径系数不显著,且组织支持与组织认同对教练员绩效的影响不显著;在部分中介模型C中,从组织支持到教练员绩效的路径系数不显著;在中介模型A中,组织支持在组织认同的中介作用下对教练员绩效的影响具有显著意义,表明在体育教练员组织中,组织支持完全通过组织认同影响教练员的工作绩效。
The influence of perceived organizational support(POS) on the job performance of employees has been studied, while the one on the performance of coaches needs a further study. This research explored the relationship between POS and the performance of 266 coaches from high level sports team in universities in China. The theoretical assumptions were verified by structural equation modeling. The main conclusion is that in the direct impact model B, both paths' coefficients are not significant from POS and organizational identification(OI) to the job performance of coaches. In partial mediation model C, the path coefficient from POS to the performance of coaches is not significant. In mediator-model A,the path coefficient is significant from POS to the performance of coaches. The result suggests that the POS completely influences the performance of coaches by OI in the sports coach organization.
