摘要
目前我国的电力企业仍存在着诸多不足之处,难以满足广大用户个性化和多样化需求。电力营销优质服务的核心目标是提高客户服务体验,以此巩固市场竞争力,论文就当前电力营销优质服务展开探讨,针对电力营销优质服务所出现的问题进行研究,制定有效的提升电力营销优质服务举措。
At present, there are still many deficiencies in China's power enterprises, which are difficult to meet the personalized and diversified needs of users. The core goal of high quality service of electric power marketing is to improve the customer service experience, so as to consolidate the market competitiveness. The paper discusses the high quality service of electric power marketing at present, studies the problems in the high quality service of electric power marketing, and puts forward some effective measures to improve the high quality service of electric power marketing.
