Comparison of the Investment Financing and Growth Path Between Small and Medium-Sized Science and Technology Enterprises of China and the United States

论文主要探究中美中小科技企业投融资与成长路径的差异。通过研究投融资现状以及成长路径,发现我国中小科技企业发展依然存在明显的不足,继而提出针对性的发展建议。希望可以为我国中小科技企业的发展提供借鉴。

This paper mainly explores the differences between small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises of China and the United States in the investment financing and growth path. Through studying the present situation of investment financing and the growth path, we find that there are still obvious deficiencies in the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in China, and then the corresponding development suggestions are put forward. Hoping to provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in our country.
