国内很多大型国企都提出了建设世界一流公司的要求,这些大型集团公司基本包含了从科研到产出,从生产到经营,从投资到服务的全行业需求,但由此面临的人才短缺问题也越来越严重。

Many large state-owned enterprises in China have put forward the requirement of building world-class companies. These large group companies basically include the whole industry demand from scientific research to output, from production to operation,from investment to service. But the problem of talent shortage is becoming more and more serious.
