The paper takes the financial industry as an example. It is a new economic form, and financial holding group companies are increasing day by day, and their important position in the social and economic development is highlighted. Based on this, the paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of financial management of financial holding group companies. Secondly, the paper discusses the financial management mechanism of financial holding group companies. At last, measures for the reform of the financial management mechanism of the company are studied.
