城市低碳交通评价指标体系研究——以杭州市为例

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Urban Low-Carbon Traffic——Taking Hangzhou as an Example

随着我国经济社会的高速发展,交通运输业在城市碳排放中越来越占据举足轻重的地位,所以,推进城市交通领域的低碳化是低碳城市发展的客观要求。论文旨在对城市低碳公共交通的评价方法和指标体系进行系统的研究,一方面研究了城市低碳交通的组成及其影响因素,另一方面分析了构建城市低碳交通评价指标体系的意义和方法,构建了具体的城市低碳交通评价指标体系。

With the high-speed development of Chinese economy and society, the transportation industry plays a more and more important role in the carbon emissions of cities. Therefore, it is an objective requirement for the development of low-carbon cities to promote the low carbonization in the field of urban transportation. The purpose of this paper is to systematically study the evaluation method and index system of urban low-carbon public transport. On the one hand, the composition of urban low-carbon transportation and its influencing factors are studied.On the other hand, the significance and method of constructing evaluation index system of urban low-carbon transportation are analyzed. The concrete evaluation index system of urban low-carbon transportation is constructed.
