精准扶贫是我国新世纪扶贫战略的重大转型,20世纪80年代我国就已经开始扶贫政策并取得了重大成就,而且在"十三五规划"中,精准扶贫计划成为会议重要内容之一。在这一背景下,论文就"我国精准扶贫政策及其创新路径研究"一题进行详细探究,首先简要介绍了我国扶贫政策的转变,其次指出了目前我国在扶贫这一工作中存在的问题,而后根据现存的问题提出了创新型的解决方案。

Targeted poverty alleviation is a major transformation of China＇s poverty alleviation strategy in the new century. In 1980 s, China began to help the poor and has made great achievements. And in the ＂13 th Five-Year Plan＂, the targeted poverty alleviation program has become one of the important contents of the conference. Under this background, the paper makes a detailed study on the topic of ＂Research on the Policy of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in China and its Innovation Path＂. Firstly, the transformation of China＇s poverty alleviation policy is briefly introduced. Secondly, the problems existing in the work of poverty alleviation in China are put forward. Finally, based on the existing problems,some innovative solutions are put forward.
