以工程造价专业推行工作室化人才培养提升的研究

Research on Promoting the Improvement of the Studio Talents Cultivation Through the Engineering Cost Speciality

职业院校产教融合的教育模式是当前的培养趋势,工程造价专业的就业前景非常广泛,企业对工程造价从业人员的实践能力要求也逐年增高,由此为解决工程造价专业知识及实践技能与企业接轨的脱节问题,提出了"工作室化"教学的思想,可以从以工作岗位定课程体系、以工作过程定课程内容、以工作实践实现产教融合等方面来提升造价专业的职业教育。

The education mode of the integration of production and education in vocational colleges is the current cultivation trend. The employment prospect of engineering cost specialty is very extensive, and the practical ability requirements for engineering cost practitioners of enterprises are also increasing year by year. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the disconnection between engineering cost professional knowledge and practical skills with enterprises, the idea of ＂studio＂ teaching is put forward. The vocational education of cost specialty can be promoted from the following aspects： curriculum system based on job position, curriculum content determined by work process and integration of production and education with work practice.
