The Design Theory and Practice Research on Passive Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Building

随着人们生活水平的提高和社会生产能力的不断提升,人们对于资源的需求不断增大,自然环境与人类的生产活动之间的矛盾越来越大,由于各种环境问题的突出,人们开始加强了对于资源合理利用的重要性的认识,节能减排已经成为全世界的共识,在这种情况下,被动式的超低能耗建筑随之产生,由于这种建筑本身就有很强的优势,可以有效地降低能耗,所以在未来的发展过程当中,将会拥有十分重要的地位,笔者根据被动式超低能耗建筑的相关特点,分析了这种建筑的实际性以及应用意义。

With the improvement of people＇s living standard and the social productive capacity, people＇s demand for resources is increasing, and the contradiction between natural environment and human＇s production activities is becoming more and more serious. Due to various prominent environmental problems, people began to enhance the understanding of the importance of rational use of resources, energy conservation and emission reduction has become the consensus around the world. In this case, passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings have emerged. As a very strong superiority of this kind of building, it can effectively reduce the energy consumption, therefore it will have the very important position in the future development process. According to the characteristics of passive ultra low energy consumption building, the author analyzes the practicality and application significance of this kind of building.
