摘要
在恶劣车载工况下,电子设备机箱的随机振动影响产品的性能。论文以某车载电子设备机箱为研究对象,建立了有限元分析模型,进行了机箱的随机振动分析,找出设计薄弱环节,基于随机振动条件下对机箱进行重新优化设计,优化后质量减重明显。为该型产品设计提供了可用依据。
Under the harsh vehicle conditions, the random vibration of electronic equipment cases will affect the performance of the product.Taking an on-board electronic equipment case as the research object, the finite element analysis mode is established, and the random vibration analysis of the cases is carried out, the weak link of the design is found out. Based on the random vibration condition, the optimization design of the cases is carried out, and the weight loss is obvious after the optimization. It provides a useful basis for the design of this type of product.
