电压源型变频器应用于高炉鼓风机可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 国内钢铁冶金企业高炉电动鼓风机驱动装置基本采用电流源型和电压源型两种变频软起装置。电流源型变频器相对占比在70%以上,电压源型变频器应用相对较少。目前包钢高炉电动鼓风机全部为电流源型变频器,论文主要以西门子空冷型完美无谐波电压源型变频器为例,讨论电压源型高压变频器在高炉鼓风机系统的应用可行性及应用方案。 In the domestic steel and iron metallurgical enterprises, two types of variable frequency soft starting devices are commonly adopted,namely, the current source type and the voltage source type. The relative duty ratio of current source frequency converter is more than 70%, and the voltage source converter is less used. At present, the electric blower of blast furnace in Baogang Group is all current source converter. Taking the perfect nor harmonic voltage source type frequency converter of Siemens air cooled type, the paper discusses the feasibility and scheme of applying voltage source type high voltage frequency converter in blast furnace blower system.
