摘要
汽车主动式头枕能够在汽车追尾碰撞过程中有效地减小头枕和头部的间距,从而实现对车内乘员头颈部的保护作用。针对现有汽车主动式头枕装置的设计缺陷与不足,基于模块化设计方法,对主动式头枕机构进行创新设计,对该机构建立相应的运动学模型,并用UG/Motion模块对机构运动状态进行分析。结果表明机构运动轨迹符合设计要求,运动过程无干涉发生,最后通过实物样机验证了本机构设计的可行性与正确性。
The active headrest can effectively reduce the distance between headrest and head during the rear end collision,resulting in better protection for the head and neck of the occupant.After reviewing current active headrest design's advantages and defects,an innovative mechanism for the active headrest is designed with the modular design method and the kinematics model of the mechanism is developed and analyzed by using UG/Motion.The result shows that the trajectory of the mechanism conforms to the design requirements,and the motion is not interfered.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the design are verified by the prototype.
