摘要
针对我国目前高职生英语自主学习能力普遍不强的现状,通过分析对南通航运职业技术学院学生自主学习能力进行问卷调查的结果,找到现阶段制约高职学生自主学习的因素主要集中在自我管理学习能力和自主学习行为两个维度,并针对性地提出了五点提升对策以期解决问题:(1)推行新型课堂教学模式,创造英语自主学习条件;(2)重视英语学习个体需要,激励英语自主学习动机;(3)完善英语考核评价体系,兼顾阶段评价和自主评价;(4)提供英语自主学习策略,提高学生策略运用能力;(5)重视学生自主学习体验,促进自主学习的积极调整。
For the existing problem that vocational college students lack sufficient learning autonomy in English learning still remains,the paper analyses the results of an online survey conducted in Nantong Shipping College,and finds out the current restraining factors for college students' learning autonomy development mainly lie in the aspects of Self-learning Management and Self-learning Behavior. Therefore,the author then provides the following five suggestions for improvement:( 1) New teaching modes and classroom patterns should be implemented to provide autonomous learning conditions.( 2) Great importance should be attached to students' individual needs to motivate English autonomous learning.( 3) English assessing and evaluating system should be optimized by taking both stage evaluation and self-evaluation into account.( 4) English autonomous learning strategies should be provided to improve students' ability in strategy use.( 5) Great importance should be attached to the students' learning experience to promote the positive adjustments in autonomous learning.
