摘要
数控铣床加工后的模具出现零件尺寸误差以及斜面弧度存在明显痕迹且粗糙度较差是常见的不良现象之一,通过对其加工工艺的分析提出调整加工方式、规划刀具路径、选择进刀方式以及优化加工流程等方法,加以改善后在实际应用中效果良好。
Mold size error, obvious traces on the slope arc and poor roughness are common phenomena for machining mould parts by NC Milling Machine. Through analysis of processing technology, improvements could be introduced in application, such as adjusting the machining mode, planing the tool paths, selecting the cutter feeding way and optimizing the processing flow.
