浅谈模具制造的影响因素与预防方法

Discussion on the Influencing Factors and Preventive Measures of Mould Manufacturing

模具制造中常用有机加工和电加工两种加工方法,加工工艺采用不当,材料选择不合理,极易使模具在热处理后发生变形或是出现裂纹,降低模具的制造水平和质量。针对模具制造中的不良现象进行分析梳理,提出相应的预防方法。

The methods commonly used in mould manufacturing are mainly machining and electrical machining. Because of the undue processing technology and materials selection, the mold is deformed or cracked after heat treatment, which reduces the manufacturing level and quality of the mould. This paper analyses the reasons occurred in mold manufacturing with corresponding preventive measures being provided.
