摘要 运用三维设计软件Solidworks 2016建立了闭式单点高速压力机机身的3D模型,并根据其结构特点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench15.0对其进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到机身的总变形云图、有效应力云图、机身前六阶固有频率及相应的振型图,并对模拟结果进行分析,为机身结构的优化设计提供必要的理论参考。 The 3 D model has been built to the frame of the straight side single-point high-speed press by use of the three-dimensional design software Solidworks 2016. According to its structural characteristics, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 15.0 has been adopted for static analysis and modal analysis. The total deformation cloud map, the effective stress cloud map, first six natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration pattern of the frame have been obtained. The simulation results have been analyzed to provide the necessary theoretical reference for the optimization of the frame structure design.
