摘要
激光焦点和加工对象的相对位置决定了作用于加工对象上激光光斑和功率密度的大小,因此,二者对加工质量起到至关重要的作用。怎样在激光切割加工过程中保持激光焦点和加工对象之间的相对位置为一合理而恒定的值,就成为激光切割加工中的一项关键技术。
The relative positions of the laser focus and the processing object determine the size of the laser spot and power density acting on the processing object. Therefore, the relative position of the laser focus and the processing object plays a crucial role in the processing quality. The way to maintain the relative position between the laser focus and the processing object as a reasonable and constant value during the laser cutting process becomes a key technology in laser cutting process.
