摘要
通过对多向压缩变形过程的有限元模拟,获得了三种不同压缩变形方式下的等效应变分布,分析了多向压缩变形的不均匀性现象,讨论了不同压缩变形方式的变形规律。结果表明:多向压缩可以获得高的累积应变,相同道次的三种多向压缩累积应变从大到小顺序为闭式压缩、半闭式压缩和自由压缩。半闭式压缩均匀性最好,其次为闭式压缩,自由压缩最差。多向自由压缩试样形状容易出现畸变现象。
Based on the finite element simulation of multi-directional compression deformation process, the effective strain distribution under three different compression deformation modes has been obtained. The in-homogeneity phenomenon of multi-directional compression deformation has been analyzed, and the deforma-tion rules of different compression deformation modes have been discussed. The results show that multi-di-rectional compression can achieve high cumulative strain, and the three multi-directional compression cumu-lative strains of the same pass range from the largest to the smallest are closed compression, semi-closed compression and free compression. The uniformity of semi-closed compression is the best, while the next is closed compression and the free compression is the worst. The shape of the specimen with multi-directional free compression is easily distorted.
