阐述了数控机床负荷试验的方法,详细介绍了机床负荷试验的内容及过程,以数控卧式车床为测试对象,进行了主传动系统最大扭矩试验、最大切削抗力试验、主传动系统达到最大功率试验,为机床负荷试验的方法提供了重要依据。
The method of load test for CNC machine tools has been described. The content and process of load testing for machine tools have been introduced in detail. Taking the CNC horizontal lathe as the test object, the maximum torque test of the main drive system, the maximum cutting resistance test, and the maximum power test of the main drive system have been performed. It provides important basis for the load test method of machine tools.
