单人单机在冲压生产领域的研究与应用

摘要 本文通过对轿车冲压手工生产线各车型模具进行分析、优化设计和改造,使部分模具的作业模式由传统的手工作业模式达到了"单人单机"的作业模式。"单人单机"的运用实现了冲压生产的少人化作业和提高生产效率,提高冲压作业安全性,将手工线的生产方式由全手动操作改变为半自动化生产,实现了手工冲压线生产方式质的转变。 Through analysis, optimized design and retrofit of each tool of car model in the manual stamping line, the operation mode of some tools has changed from manual work into "single-person stand-alone"mode. The stamping production with less manpower has been implemented while the productivity and work safety have been improved by the application of "single-person stand-alone". Thus in this way, the full manual operation production line has been changed into semi-automatic production line, which implements the qualitative change of manual line production mode.
