层级护理模式在外科护理管理中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Stratified Nursing Model in the Nursing Management in the Department of Surgery

目的分析探讨层级护理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的84例外科患者,按随机数字表法分成两组,各42例;其中,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组则在外科护理管理过程中实施层级护理模式,对两组护理效果进行比较评价。结果在护理质量总评分上,观察组为(94.5±1.5)分,明显要比对照组的(83.9±1.5)分高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理总满意度上,观察组为95.24%,明显要比对照组的73.81%高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理管理工作开展过程中,实施层级护理模式,能够提高外科护理管理的质量,并提高患者对外科护理管理工作的满意度;因此值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of stratified nursing model in the nursing management in the department of surgery. Methods 84 cases of patients in the department of surgery admitted and treated from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the stratified nursing model on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared and evaluated between the two groups. Results After nursing, the total nursing quality score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（94.5 ±1.5）points vs（83.9 ±1.5）points], and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）, and the total nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.24% vs 73.81%）, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of stratified nursing model in the development of nursing management work in the department of surgery can improve the nursing management quality in the department of surgery and improve the satisfactory degree to the nursing management work in the department of surgery, therefore, it is worth application.
