摘要
目的通过调查和分析本科护生对见习带教老师满意度情况,探讨提高见习满意度的对策。方法采用整群抽样的方法,应用《本科护生对临床见习带教老师满意度问卷》对2016—2017年参与临床见习的212名本科护生(二年级、三年级)进行评价。结果本科护生对临床见习带教老师的总体满意度为61.8%,各维度满意度水平在43.1%~66.2%之间。结论本科护生对临床见习的总体满意度处于一般水平,护理教育者和管理者应针对性地提高教师的综合素质,以提高学生见习满意度,进一步提高护理教学质量。
Objective To study the improvement strategies of undergraduate nursing students' satisfactory degree to the clinical teachers by the investigation and analysis. Methods 212 cases of undergraduate nursing students(grade two and grade three) participating in the clinical practice in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were evaluated by the questionnaire of undergraduate nursing students' satisfactory degree to the clinical teachers. Results The total satisfactory degree of undergraduate nursing students' to the teachers was 61.8%, and various-dimension satisfactory degree levels were between43.1% and 66.2%. Conclusion The total satisfactory degree of undergraduate nursing students to the clinical practice is in general, and the nursing educators and managers should pointedly improve the comprehensive quality of teachers in order to improve the practical satisfactory degree of students and further improve the nursing teaching quality.
