护理人员组织认同感与工作倦怠的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对组织认同问卷在护士中进行修订,并探索组织认同与工作倦怠的关系。方法对组织认同问卷进行专家修订,采用横断面设计的方法对325名护士进行现场调查。结果该问卷护士样本中总体克朗巴赫α系数为0.707,组织认同感与工作倦怠成反比。结论修订后的组织认同问卷可以作为护士组织认同的测量工具;提高组织认同感,可减轻护理人员的工作倦怠。 Objective To revise the organizational identification questionnaire in the nurses and explore the correlation between the organizational identification and job burnout of nursing staff. Methods The organizational identification questionnaire was revised by the experts, and 325 cases of nurses were for field survey by the cross section design method. Results Of the samples of questionnaires, the total Cronbach α=0.707, and the organizational identification was inversely proportional to the job burnout. Conclusion After revise, the organization identification questionnaire can be used as the measurement tool, which can improve the organizational identification and relieve the job burnout of nursing staff.
