Experience of Quality Control Circle in the Improvement of Nursing Quality

目的探讨顺利开展品管圈推动护理质量的持续改进。方法学习应用品管圈手法,结合实际选定主题,协助拟定活动计划书,监督实施病给予反馈,同时做好后勤保障工作以推动活动顺利开展。结果品管圈活动取得较好效果,大大降低了护理工作中的不良事件的发生。结论提升了团队凝聚力,提高了护理质量,促进护理质控持续发展。

Objective To study the effect of successful development of quality control circle in promoting the sustainable improvement of nursing quality. Methods The quality control circle was studied and applied, and the topic was selected according to the practical condition, and the activity proposals were made, and the patients were supervised, and the logistic guarantee work was done well to promote the successful development of the activities. Results The quality control circle had obtained a better effect, which greatly reduced the occurrence of adverse events in the nursing work. Conclusion The quality control circle can improve the team cohesiveness, improve the nursing quality, and promote the sustainable development of nursing quality control.
