浅析肿瘤内科护理管理风险因素及防范对策

Analysis of Risk Factor and Prevention Strategies of Nursing Management in the Department of Medical Oncology

目的讨论肿瘤内科护理管理风险因素及防范对策。方法对该院肿瘤科2015年4月—2016年5月接收的62例肿瘤患者作为护理常规管理对象,为对照组,2016年6月—2017年7月接收的62例肿瘤患者作为护理风险管理对象,为研究组,对比两组护理风险发生率和护理质量。结果通过对比,研究组各项均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤内科护理管理风险因素提出总结与分析,做出相应防范改善措施,提高了护理质量,降低了护理风险发生率。

Objective To discuss the risk factor and prevention strategies of nursing management in the department of medical oncology. Methods 62 cases of tumor patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the control group, 62 cases of tumor patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research object, and the incidence rate of nursing risks and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The comparison showed that various indicators in the research group were better than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The summarization and analysis of nursing management risk factors in the department of medical oncology and making the corresponding prevention and improvement measures can improve the nursing quality and reduce the incidence rate of nursing risks.
