肿瘤放疗护理应用一体化管理理念对工作效率的提高效果研究

Study on Application Effect of Integrated Management Idea in the Tumor Radiotherapy Nursing in Improving the Work Efficacy

目的研究肿瘤放疗护理应用一体化管理理念对工作效率的提高效果情况。方法资料分析该院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的66例肿瘤放疗患者,依据护理方案分为对照组(31例于常规管理理念下实施护理)与实验组(35例于一体化管理理念实施护理),比对2组护理效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组护理工作效率97.14%更高;且环境(86.34±6.48)分、心理(84.13±6.74)分等方面分值均更高(P<0.05)。结论于一体化管理理念下对肿瘤放疗患者实施护理干预可有效提高工作效率及生活质量,可被推广。

Objective To research the application effect of integrated management idea in the tumor radiotherapy nursing in improving the work efficacy. Methods 66 cases of tumor radiotherapy patients admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing plan, the control group with 31 cases conducted the nursing under the routine management idea, while the experimental group with 35 cases conducted the nursing under the integrated management idea, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing work efficacy in the experimental group was 97.14%, which was higher than that in the control group,and the environment and mental scores were respectively（86.34±6.48）points and（84.13±6.74）points, which were higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in patients with tumor radiotherapy under the integrated management idea can effectively improve the work efficacy and quality of life.
