The experimental teaching center is a major institution of practical teaching in the higher colleges. Enhancing the management and construction of experimental teaching center is conducive to further promoting the reform of experimental teaching in the higher colleges, and enhancing the culture of students＇ practice ability and automatic learning ability.The paper introduces the function of the center taking the experimental teaching center of biology technology college of Guilin Medical College as an example, and studies the management and construction from the construction of experimental teaching center, instrument management and management of hazardous chemicals, and puts forwards suggestions of how to promote the further development of the center.
