血小板/淋巴细胞比值、血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积与绝经的关系

Platelet-lymphocyte ratio, platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume in menopausal women

目的探讨血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)与绝经的关系。方法收集更年期门诊的女性患者400例,根据是否绝经分为未绝经组208例和绝经组192例。采用放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平,化学发光免疫分析法测定脂质水平,全自动血液分析仪检测WBC、PLT、淋巴细胞数目、PLR、PDW、MPV。分析PLR、PDW、MPV与绝经后血清E_2、FSH水平的相关性。结果绝经组血清E_2水平、淋巴细胞数目低于未绝经组,血清FSH水平、PLT、PLR、PDW、MPV高于未绝经组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。绝经后PLR、PDW、MPV水平与血清E_2水平均呈负相关(均P<0.05),与血清FSH水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论绝经后PLR、PDW、MPV水平升高,可作为反映绝经后女性炎症状态的新的生物学指标。

Objective To examine the platelet-lymphocyte ratio（PLR）, platelet distribution width（PDW） and mean platelet volume（MPV） in menopausal women. Methods This study enrolled 400 female patients in menopause clinics, including 208 non-menopausal women and 192 menopausal women. Serum estradiol（E2） and follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH） levels were measured by radioimmunoassay,and lipid levels were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay, white blood cell（WBC）, platelet（PLT）, lymphocyte counts, PLR, PDW and MPV were measured by a fully automated hematology analyzer. PLR, PDW and MPV were compared between the menopause and non-menopause groups. Results The E2 and lymphocyte count in menopause group were lower than those in non-menopause group（both P〈0.05）.The FSH, PLT, PLR, PDW and MPV in menopause group were higher than those in non-menopause group（all P〈0.05）. The levels of PLR, PDW and MPV in postmenopausal women were negatively correlated with the E2 level（all P〈0.05） and positively correlated with the FSH level（all P 0.05）. Conclusion The PLR, PDW and MPV are elevated in postmenopausal women, which might be used as novel biomarkers for the inflammatory status in postmenopausal women.
