PDCA循环管理模式在骨科护理管理中的运用研究

Study on the Application of PDCA Cycle Management Model in Orthopedic Nursing Management

目的讨论PDCA循环管理模式在骨科护理管理中的运用研究。方法选择2015年6月-2017年6月骨科护理人员20名,随机分为两组,其中对照组的护理人员使用传统的护理管理方法,实验组的护理人员使用PDCA循环管理方法。结果实验组的病区管理合格率,急救物品合格率,一级护理合格率,常规物品消毒灭菌合格率,常用护理表格合格率,护理技术操作达标率,住院患者的满意率等高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科护理人员使用PDCA循环管理模式,可以提高护理质量。

Objective This paper tries to discuss the application of PDCA cycle management model in orthopedic nursing management. Methods 20 orthopedic nurses from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The nursing staff in the control group used the traditional nursing management method, while the nursing staff in the experimental group used the PDCA method. Results The qualified rate of ward management, the qualified rate of first aid,the qualified rate of first-class nursing, the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of common articles, the pass rate of common nursing forms, the compliance rate of nursing technical operation and the satisfaction rate of inpatients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management for orthopedic nurses can improve the quality of care.
